By using LandLinkX, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern access to and use of the platform, memberships, AI report packages, and messaging.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Landowner membership is a one-time $49 fee. Investor and Builder memberships are recurring subscriptions ($149/month or $1,490/year) that auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI Report Packages
AI report packages are purchased by Landowners and attached to specific property listings. Investors and Builders with active subscriptions may view and print reports, but may not edit, regenerate, resell, or redistribute them.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate listing information, communicate professionally through internal messaging, and not misuse the platform.
Limitation of Liability
LandLinkX provides AI reports for informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, or investment advice. Landowners, investors, developers, and builders are responsible for their own due diligence.
